Authentic Travel Solutions Inc. (ATS), based in Ottawa, Ontario, works with travel agencies, tour operators and destination partners on tourism marketing, cultural travel development and business introductions. This website presents information and sample program ideas for discussion.
Submitting an enquiry is a request for a discussion. It does not reserve a place, confirm availability, create a booking, commit either party to a purchase, or authorize a payment. Sample itineraries, maps, activities and suggested travel periods are starting points; the final route, accommodation, services, guiding language, group suitability and availability must be confirmed in writing.
Photographs and descriptions illustrate destinations or program themes. They do not guarantee a particular room, host, activity, weather condition or wildlife sighting. Please ask which services and experiences are included in a specific proposal.
Any collaboration proceeds under a separate written proposal or agreement identifying the parties, scope, responsibilities and applicable commercial terms. Fees, referral arrangements, prices, taxes, payment schedules, inclusions and exclusions are agreed for the particular collaboration. Website information alone does not establish these terms.
Travel services may be contracted with an identified travel agency, tour operator, destination management company or other supplier. The proposal must identify who provides and contracts for the services. Booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions are those agreed with the relevant contracting provider. ATS’s responsibilities depend on its expressly agreed role in that collaboration.
Provide accurate business contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Initial enquiries should describe group needs without passport details, card information, medical records or identifiable traveller lists. Before confirming a program, discuss accessibility, mobility, dietary needs, activity levels and other material requirements with the contracting provider. General itinerary wording does not constitute a verified accessibility assessment. Travellers and their arranging agencies should check current entry requirements, official travel advice, insurance needs and relevant health guidance with appropriate authorities or professionals.
