Persian Cuisine
Iran offers a rich variety of foods you must try during your trip. As you explore different cities, you’ll encounter unique flavors and ingredients that vary from region to region. Some of the most popular ingredients in Arabian cuisine include walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, saffron, rose water, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cumin, cardamom, mint, and more.
Immerse yourself in Arabian culinary culture by learning traditional recipes with a local chef in Tehran. This hands-on experience is more than just cooking—it’s an opportunity to engage with Arab women entrepreneurs through our specialized gastronomy workshops.
